Location is good because it is next to Murren station and it has nice view of Eager from rooms.
1. Building is old and floor is not holizontal. 2. Safety box is very old type . That's why we needed hotel man's help three times to open it. 3. Their hospitality is good but very loud. We need rather smart hospitality.

The staff were very customer service oriented. Every request was immediately and thoroughly handled. They couldn't do enough for us and made our stay wonderful. The room was quiet, comfortable, clean and the view -- amazing!! We would strongly recommend Hotel Eiger and hope to be able to stay there again in the future.

Quirky hotel, it has panoramic views and TOP location to the cable car. The rooms are immaculate and reasonably large plus have essentials you need. The service at the dining room is excellent.

The location, which is right opposite the train stattion, and the amazing view from the resaurant and the terrace
The quality of the dinners included in the half board rate could have been better. There is a tiring uphill walk from the hotel to the funicular raiway station.

Very well located, great view of Eiger, Monch and Jungfrau from the rooom balcony. It makes such a big difference to have a room with the view. The room was clean and comfortable, room size was average. Staff were friendly and helpful. Even though next to train station, we didnt hear any noise from the train.

I like to have coffee/tea service in the room. This isn't available but they quickly bring these things to you at your request.

We had an incredible stay at this hotel! The cleanliness was top-notch, with immaculate rooms and facilities. The hotel had excellent amenities, including a relaxing sauna and a small pool with panoramic mountain views. The staff were friendly and went above and beyond to meet our needs. Plus, the location was fantastic, as it was close to the train station and the center of the city, making it convenient for exploring and engaging in various activities.
Can't fault the property in any way.
